Question:   Returns Because our items are handcrafted, we can only accept returns of items purchased on the Web site under the following conditions: You email us prior to sending an item back. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of order. You pay the return shipping, including insurance. Anything you return must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging. If we made an error in the personalization, we'll replace the item. Otherwise, personalized items cannot be returned. Returns will be for "in-shop" credit only. Buyer pays shipping for replacement product as well as for returning original product.
